Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I wish to fine out the procedures from begining to end of a conbviction notice. I live in my mobile home in a mhp and was interested in knowing owners procedure and responsibility as i own my own mobile home. Time frame cost, responsbilities..etc..

Well there's a PBI book that has a chapter on that, If I recall correctly the book costs about $65. Believe it or not mobile homes and mobile home parks have their on special rules on evictions and such.
