Foreclosure

I am trying to get an emergency home loan for past morgage payments. If this is turned down, what can a lawyer do for me to prevent foreclosure?

Re: Foreclosure

It is possible for an attorney to negotiate a debt restructuring with the mortgage company or defend the foreclosure. There are many issues that can be raised. If there is equity in the property you should seek further assistence of an attorney. If I can be of any assistence please call or write me. My email address is [email protected]
