May a bank initiate foreclosure while we are negotiating a settlement in a predatory lending case?

They can intiate a mortgage foreclosure action. However, it is my suggestion that you consult with your attorney in the predatory lending case (if you are the proper party) An injunction can be obtained if necessary. Gerald Hershenson Esq.
