Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

foreclosure

I was behind on my paymemts on the lawyer was going to foreclosue so a friend of my call and ask how much he has to send and the lawyer told me $2,300 so my friend sent over $2,700 dollars. I quick claim the deed to my friend's church in N.J.and now I received a letter from the lawyer saying he will foreclose on the house because it was not enough money. I had called the lawyer and they will not talk to me my friend had called and they hang up on him. What will happen now.
