gift deed

My sister and brother were given my father's property for 1.00. this was done 1 year before my father passed away. We were not told until last year that they had the property. (a total of 3 years have now passed) do I or my sister have any rights to this property.

Depends. Did your brother and sister file the deed with the Recorder of Deeds?

To overturn the gift you would have to prove that there was fraud, duress or undue influence used for your father to gift the property.
