Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My girlfriend and I purchased a residence 26 years ago. It is registered in my name and her name. We have since married and her name has changed. Do we have to reregister the deed in her new last name?

iT depends how the last deed was titled if it was tenants in comon you may want to do a new deed as husband and wife tenants by the entireties.
