Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

We are in over our heads in home repairs and have no savings. We have just discovered we need a new septic dug which will cost anywhere from 15-25 thousand dollars. We are not eligible for a home equity or personal loan. What are our options as we can't live without this fixed.
