Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Hi, I currently own a home and live in a development in Fairfield Township, PA. I am aware that multi-family dwellings are not permitted within the development due to code restrictions. A friend of mine and his wife are planning to move into my home temporarily (3-4 months) while their home is constructed. Will I be breaking any code restrictions in allowing them to stay with us for that period of time? Please advise.

That is generally not what a zoning ordinance would consider a multi-family dwelling so I doubt it.
