How about you go to the law library and do your own research? This board is not meant for attorneys to help folks avoid legal services but rather determine whether they need legal services or not.

The law isn't about looking at the the black letter and applying it to a situation. Rather it is an intricate process of applying law, rule, policy and precedent to see how a situation is or isn't affected by the above.
