if you own a house. Your name is the only one on the deed. Do you need your spouses permisiion to sell the property.

It depends if the house was bought during the marriage. If it was then you need your spouse to sign a wavier of the Entireties Privilege.

Even if you bought the house before you were married some title companies or mortgage lenders will want the wavier in the file before they issue title insurance or give a mortgage loan on the property.
