Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
I own a home with another person,I'ive lived here alone with our children since we purchased it, I pay all the bills, taxes and make all the repairs. I want to sell the property but just found there are judgements on property from other owner, he owns a few other properties, why cant judgements be put on those properties and taken off my property?

This is the danger of not having a partnership agreement when you own real estate jointly.A creditor's judgement generally attaches to any real property owned by the debtor in the county. You should seek legal counsel for your issue.
