My house deed is currently in the name of my "Permanently Revoked" corporation.

Since the corporation is defunct who owns the house?

Sounds like you need to talk to the attorney who set up the corporation Some one will have to review the corporate minutes to determine what needs to be done.

There have to be more to this. Why form a corporation? Why title your house in the corporation? Why the corporation is defunct? Where is the corporation domiciled?

Feel free to call me tomorrow.
