Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I was looking at some houses today online and I came across this site:

The house in the picture is of my house that I bought in 2011. I picture looks like if is copyrighted 2013 or something. This company is using my house to sell properties. Is this considered unauthorized use of a photo and is there anything I can do about this?

You might call them up Monday and ask them to take the picture down. If the do problem solved. If not then time to talk to a lawyer.
