Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
Hi I want to know if my husband can sell our house without my permission. The loan for the house is in his name but the deed for the house is my name. I had him put it in my name because of his reoccurring drug problem.

If the house is in your name alone then your husband cannot sell it without your permission. A realtor could not sign a listing agreement or a deed could not be done transferring the property without your signature. Again this assumes the home is in your name alone and not in both your names. You say the loan is in his name is this his name alone or both your names? I would suggest you get a copy of your deed and then consult with an attorney to discuss your situation.
