Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My husband's mother changed her home deed to include her new husband and her five children. She has since died and her husband remarried and moved out of the home. A younger sibling has been living in the home but now two of the other siblings want their share of the home but the resident son says the home is his since he's been living in it. Do we have any options? His lawyer is asking the court to dismiss because the deed states it is for her named husband and five biological children. He says it is not enforcible because it does not specifically name her children.
