Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Ok, so I know this is somewhat idiotic but I gave a set of dog tags to my ex and told her she can keep them as long as I love her and things just haven't went great between us and I lost love for her but she won't give them back. Anyway, Can I get them?

It sounds like a conditional gift but without a writing. It's a he said she said. So unless you make nice probably not.
