illegal dumping

on late morning of sunday july02,2006, my dad discovered someone put up a sign in my front yard, it is a sale sign, a normal real estate sale sign from Coldwell Banker,with the agent's name and phone number, i called the number ask why their sign at my yard,and call ed everyday after that, and five day later the sign still in my yard, i don't want to throw it away because it's not my trash,why should i paid for it.let me know what u think, and what could i do.thank you.

If the sign was unauthorized, remove it. Write the realtor a letter informing you will charge rental for the sign if it is not immediately picked up. Make sure you own the property it is located on. Gerald Hershenson Esq.
