I inherited a home with 3 other relatives. There is now a discrepancy on paying the bills. I have been paying utilities, etc. and now no one else wants to pay up. How do I handle this?

Buy out the share of the other owners and deduct from the purchase price the amount you paid for utilities, taxes etc. that constitutes their fair share. You can also bring an action for contribution to recoup the money you overpaid.

This many people owning land is a bad idea as your case illustrates. If you cannot afford to buy out the share of the others heirs and they annot afford to buy your share, then he property should be sold and the money split. If you all cannot even agree to sell any of you can bring what is called a partition action in the county where the land is located.
