Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
We have an old inherited land deed that was never transferred and the terms of the deed are ambiguous (such as "beginning at the cherry tree" etc.) What kind of attorney would we need to help straighten this out?

You need a real estate attorney who has knowledge of title law and conveyancing, and they will likely work with a surveyor who can draft a legal description based upon the historic chain of title on the property and the adjoining properties.
