Is there any way to have dissolve ownership of an inherited property?

I have not lived at this property for more than fifteen years. HELP??

The taxes may be one year in arrears.

Re: Inherited property

If you are the sole owner of the property you can sell it. If you are one of several owners then you can see if the other owners will by your interest.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
