land contract, rent to own

I entered into a land contract and now realize the purchase price coupled with renovations exceeds my budget. Can I get the monthly amounts back that I paid towards the purchase price ?

The contract would have to be reviewed to determine what your options are. This isn't something that can be answered without a full review of the contract.
