Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
I have a land contract with a tenant number 4 on contract states
Buyer does not pay 48 payments on time, seller has the right to declare buyer
in default of this contract. Does this contract to state more than this. Doesn't
contract state clearly what can be done if buyer sends payments late.
I live in Pittsburgh but the property is in Ashland, KY
