Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

land purchase agreement

I entered in a land purchase agreement in june of 04 and since late summer of 05 i have had conflicts with a neighbor over property lines. both had surveys done and i ended up loosing 7/10 of the LAND I was to be purchasing and now the woman refuses to assist in fixing this error when she walked and told me where the property lines were and then said it was no big deal that the 1.5 acers turned into being 8/10 it wasn't her problem. the land is still in her name and she agreed to sell me 1.5 acers and the only sale of property found wasbetween three people and now in late summer of 05 7/10 of property was registered but no date of sale or papers??? what are my options since I lost loans due to lack of property and being called a liar and other names because I stated what was in the deed, tax papers and airel of the property lines. I even had a secondary address added to the property and the courts came out to verify I owned/purchasing the property.
