what happens if my landlord signed my name to the lease

Do you mean that you never signed the lease? Are you living in the property? Did the landlord sign his/her own name on the lease?

Well that probably means the terms of your lease aren't enforceable. However you still have an obligation to pay your rent on time and in full. The remainder of your relationship is governed by the Landlord Tenant Act of pennsylvania.
