Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Hello, I left my ex-husband in 2006, our divorce was final in 2007. I signed over the property to my ex-husband via QCD the same day we signed the property settlement agreement. There is no mention in our settlement agreement that he must refinance the mortgage to remove me at any time. So I am stuck on this mortgage, recently remarried and now wanting to buy my own home and cannot. Is there any way to get me out this sticky situation?
