Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

someone left something in my garage about two months ago when they moved out of state...im in pennsylvania.....how long am i required to hold it before i can dispose of it.

Why not call them up or right the property owners and ask them what they want done with it?

To be safe you can go to the DJ and get a declaratory judgment, but why not just ask them?
