Do I have legal rights?

My husband and I have been seperated for over a year he made my children and I vacate the home a few months ago. I have just found out that my name is on the title and on the deed of trust and I need to know if I have any legal rights to move back into the home.

You have a right to live in the home. You should consult legal counsel. If you move back in and your husband threatens you, a protection from abuse action can be filed and the Court can remove your husband from the property for up to one year.
