Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
life estate
Can a person who does not live on your property, dump junk on it because they have life rights. this stuff is trash and in years to come, we will have to pay to remove old tires, wood, etc. the junk is recently growing, it sat idle for four years. Now there are piles growing before our eyes. we have taken picures to show new dumps. all this is 6 month new.

Re: life estate
You may have a case for an action for waste. It is a legal argument that the person with the life estate is diminishing its value to the people who will receive it free and clear upon the life estate holder's death. The person also may be violating state or local dumping ordances and action that way may be taken. I offer free consultations.
