Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I have limited power of attorney from my son which has give me the power to obtain his father ashes that he gave his aunt to hold. Now she does not want to give them back to him. Since I have the PW of attorney...What else do I need or what do I have to do in order to get the ashes back?

You are your son's agent not his power of attorney nor do you powers of an attorney. You might have to sue the aunt to get the ashes back. Why she wants to hold on to them is beyond me.
