Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I live in bensalem in a townhouse. We have a greenspace. There was suppose to be houses but 30 years ago they said no because its wetlands. Now a developer wants to build the houses. Us homeowners do not want it. The current counsel is being real sneaky, they want it. they say the money will put new roofs and a new road(which is needed) but that is a one shot deal. We still do not want the house. Now rumors are the developement would need 100% vote for houses. Is that true? If original plans for developement called for houses on said wetlands, would they need our vote? I no that if township determines the ground ok to be built on, they will push for the houses. Will they need current homeowners ok? The new houses will cause more traffick, we have drainage problems the roofs and road issues are one shot deals, people do not pay condo fees now more house means more issues

Suggest you attend any meetings of planning commission or zoning commission to state your objections. Perhaps organize as a group and hire an attorney to represent your interests.
