Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I live in a home owned and deeded to my father-in-law. Over the weekend, a very large oak tree was felled in the storm landing on, and destroying my trailer camper and full size van. His insurance company has said that this is an auto insurance claim, my auto insurance says it is a homeowners claim. The trailer and van are both in MY name. So, who is responsible for this?
