Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I live in a mobile home in PA. My In-laws loaned us the money for the home. The title is in my name. I am repaying the loan as agreed, but they are insane and have arbitrarily changed the "terms" without our consent on several occasions, ie: "I got you a better interest rate" even though it's a personal loan between us. Now they are threatening to retain the title. Am I allowed to replace the title upon repayment, given that the only "lien" is a notorized document between the two of us? The home is paid for, they claim through a bank loan of theirs which we have nothing to do with.

Is there a written loan agreement? Assuming the loan was going to take more than a year the loan agreement needs to be in writing. If it is that are the terms everybody has to live by. If not it's going to be messy.
