Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

i live in PA and am moving to Hi. I lived in my home for 19 years and will make about 125,000. will i have to pay capital gains tax in i do not buy another home there?

No the first $250,000 profit is tax free. If you're married then $500,000 of profit is tax free.
