i live in pa on probation for 5yrs now making Restitution payment total 29000.00 try to sell my house worth 28000.00 Restitution come up on the title is there a legal way i can still sell my home

You may sell the property, however depending on the facts, the money may be held by the escrow agent to satisfy the restitution order.
