Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I live in Pennsylvania, My sister bought a home 8 years ago for me while i was going through a divorce. I put the down payment on the house and i pay the mortgage. I moved out of the house 4 years ago and moved in with my fiance, i still continue to pay the mortgage and i have it rented know. i collect rent and pay mortgage. I have treated it as my home always however i am not on the loan or the deed! Now, here comes the real problem.....My sister passed away 3 weeks ago and I do not know what i should be doing now... She left no will...She lived in SC at the time of her death.... Help

If you are not on the deed, then you are not considered the legal owner. The next question would be who are the heirs. If there are other heirs aside from yourself, you should consult with a real estate attorney in your are immediately. Perhaps the other heirs would be willing to convey the property to you or perhaps there could be something you can do to claim an ownership interest.
