Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I live in Pennsylvania. My wife and I are buying a home. My sister is going to lend us money to buy the home. She wants to put her name on the deed. Her husband doesn't know. If they divorce, does her husband have any legal recourse or she he sue us for our property?

A lender doesn't get put on the deed. They should have you execute a mortgage.
