Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I live in a rental property with my wife. The lease is in my name only. I have asked and told her to move out many times. She refuses. She is going to Florida for 2 weeks. Can I legally move her stuff out and change the locks while she is gone? I am planning on filing for divorce soon and want her out.

Talk to a family law attorney in your area immediately. I would be leery of just changing the locks as you anticipate that she will return. Even if ony your name is on the lease, the fact remains that this is the marital abode and she has a right to be there. If she will not leave voluntarily, you may have to file for a legal separation in order to get her ordered to leave legally.
