Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
We live in a row home. Our neighbors have placed a wall of belgin blocks on our property to enhance the appearance of their garden. the wall is 9 blocks deep, 4 blocks high. We have had to move them to make to make repairs to our porch, paint, do masonary work. They have replaced them each time. The run off from between the blocks has now made permanent stains on our property. Debre and trash accumulate in the blocks. Do we have the right to tell them if they do not move them in 48 hours we will have them removed and desposed of?

Yes, you have the right to request that they remove it. Send them a letter with proof of delivery. State that if they do not remove it by your deadline, then you will discard the material.
Good luck.
