I been living in apartment6 1/2 years.When I first moved in with my boyfriend, he signed lease not me.They wrote lease on piece paper in 2008&pay; cash rent.Landlord assumed I was girlfriend coming&going;. He ran across me at apartment through years.I give boyfriend 1/2 rent.Having mold problems past years&landlord; knows.Boyfriend tells him, he just says "I don't know anyone to do it he can't find some1 cheap&don;'t want pay professional.Ive been having vision blur&headaches;&mold; so strong you can smell as soon as you enter.I have not been to the doctor yet but made appt. today.Do I have a case

There are many factors involved in your question. I would recommend you discuss the situation with an attorney.
Probably the question can you win and .can you actually recover.To prevail you'll need to show that mold exists. This will require expert tests. Next you'll need a doctor to testify that it's the mold that's making you sick. Next you're going to have to prove how you were damaged and how much you should be compensated for these damages. None of this is either easy or cheap. Further you're going to have to show that you didn't cause the mold to be there, Then you have to see if the landlord can actually pay you. Just because you win doesn't
collect.
