Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
Lying Lawyer
What can we do when a family member
forged a deed and a lawyer lied for him?
And no other lawyer will take the case
because they don't want to get the
other lawyer in trouble.

Re: Lying Lawyer
Forging a deed would be hard. The signature needs to be notarized. So the forger would have to prove to the notary they were some one they were not.
