Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
I was married for 28 years and filed for divorce on April 03 of 2018. My wife and i own nothing jointly. We dont own much but i do have 2 properties that are in my name and my uncle who was my partner. We have been equal partners since the properties were purchaded. My wife is now trying to claim he isnt because he didnt help pay taxes or make repairs which is a lie. Does she have a case? Another lawyer told him there is nothing that my unk can do until her and i reach a settlement is this true? The property was sold and the money put into escrow because she wouldnt sign off unless we did

If the properties were purchased during the marriage she has a case. And since she had to sign off on it sounds like she does have a claim.
