Mechanics Lein for debt of builder

We recently purchased a new construction house and received notice a materials supplier is filing for a mechanics lein for costs owed by the builder. Is there any action we can take against the builder to have them pay this as we have paid them in full for the home?

Did you have a lawyer represent you at settlement?

Did you purchase title insurance?

You need to have an attorney review the record and the document that you received.
