Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
I misplaced the title for my car. I am thinking of selling it. Do I go to tag and title to get a copy of the title? When selling do I just sign the title over to the new owner?

Going to a tag place where you purchased the vehicle might not be bad idea. However, I believe you still may need an original. When you are selling the car you would need to sign the title over to the new owner. However, I would also advise getting some sort of bill of sale. You can actually do all this at the tag place.
