Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My mom and Dad just gave me a house for me and my new baby but there are people living there without a lease..I want to move in now! what do I do? I live in Phila pa.

I assume your parents knew the people were kiung there. Are the people paying rent. If they are squateers living there without permission there are legal actions you can file to have them removed if they are month to month oral tenants without a written lease you would have to evict them under landlord tenant law. In any event I suggest you consult with an attorney regarding the facts of your situation.
