mortgage

Current home will be force of sale proberty between family members, i now purchased another home and would like to have the first home back. Is it possible the new home i just purchased so that i can get the other one back again. How does that work since i am financing this one. I believe the the other family members that are still in the first home are not paying the mortgage. They are two months behind. What is your best advise for me seeing i really want the first property back. Help

Re: mortgage

Unfortunately your question is not clear. I suggest you consult with an attorney. You may be able to obtain ownership of the first home if all parties agree. Depending on who is responsible for the mortgage, your credit may be effected. Your problem appears serious enough to seek assistance. However, many important facts are omitted in your question that are necessary before giving any legal advice. Gerald Hershenson Esq. 21-579-9390
