Mortgage note/lien
I own a mortgage note on someone's home.A attorney did the paper work and filed it in court.It is the only note/lien on the home.No payments or interest was ever set up.What can I do with this?

You might want to contact the attorney who did the paperwork. A mortgage puts a lien on the property. There should also be a promissory note from the borrower that states the interest and payment schedule. It also makes the borrower personally liable for the debt.
