Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
My mother bought a mobile home, and I signed the rental agreement as her co applicant for the community the home is sitting on. She needed a co applicant because she was not employed full time and would most likely would not have passed the credit check. There is no end date for the lease agreement. As co applicant on an indefinite lease, what can legally happen to me if my mother is not able to pay her monthly rent for the space her home sits on?

The mobile home park owner will sue to evict her and seek to hold both you and your mother liable for past due rent.
