Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I was going to move in with my girlfriend so went out and financed 10,000 worth of furniture for her house, we broke up 2 months later and all the furniture is still at her house. She dosent want to discuss any kind of settlement. What are my options?

You're probably going to have to sue her. The good news if there is any is that you can file with the DJ.
