Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I moved into a duplex one year ago and my landlords had an old jukebox in the garage that they said they would remove. It is still there. Do I have any options/rights to have it removed myself or can I charge them a storage fee or deduct a fee from my rent? I've been patient but it is really in my way.

Thank you.

Removing something that does not belong to you is incredibly risky and is not something any lawyer would ever suggest. You should consider sending a certified letter requesting that the jukebox be removed. If the landlord does not respond, you want to consider moving out.
