Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I just moved into a rental property on June 19th. I paid the landlords $5,600 to move in. The past tenants paid their rent in fuul through August. With that said upon moving in I gave a list of major problems with the house. Due to some of these problems everyone in the household keeps getting sick from mold and my cat also died as a result of one of the problems. Some of the problems are also major damage that is unsafe structure wise. I have pictures of everything. My landlords have been here 3 times demanding rent from me and I am refusing to give them any until these problems are dealt with. Yhey have also told me 4 times that they were sending someone over and noone has showed up and nothing has been done about these issues. What are my options? I would like to just find another place and get all of my money back if possible.

I would suggest you immediately consult with an attorney regarding the matter. Document the mold problem as well.
